Washington, DC – ConservAmerica President Jeff Kupfer issued the following statement today on former Representative Lee Zeldin’s selection to lead the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA):
“Congratulations to former Congressman Zeldin on his selection to run the EPA. As one of the early members of the Roosevelt Conservation Caucus, the congressman demonstrated his recognition that a strong economy and a healthy environment go hand in hand. His dedication to public service and his commitment to these principles will strengthen EPA's mission. We look forward to seeing the positive impact his leadership will have, and we wish him great success in this important role."
