John,

Huge news!

Our Term Limits Convention legislation just passed the Louisiana House Committee on House and Government affairs.

We're one step closer to Louisiana becoming the latest state to vote to bypass Congress and consider term limits for the U.S. House and Senate.

This was a huge win because the professional politicians have been battling us across America.

They are fighting to stop this national effort to go around Congress and through the individual states to impose term limits.

And we just dealt them a HUGE loss in Louisiana.

Please make an urgent contribution of $20, $30, $50, $100 or whatever you can possibly afford to help us push our legislation through the Louisiana legislature and all the other states where we are locked in a pitched battle for term limits.

This is a big deal.

Our grassroots strategy is working. By mobilizing ordinary Americans and letting them loose to lobby their state officials to approve the Term Limits Convention we are getting closer and closer to our goal of bypassing Congress.

And the professional politicians know that.

That's why they have been going all out against us is states like Arizona, West Virginia and Louisiana.

However, right now, our coalition of ordinary citizens is winning in Louisiana.

And now we have a good blueprint of how to beat these politicians in other states, too!

So please, please, please do whatever you can to help us.

Our volunteers and field coordinators across America are fired up.  Morale is incredibly high.

However, they need financial support for signs, term limits literature, rallies, ads and media events.

And they need it now.  We're on a roll!

As you watch Congress on TV this week remember:  Only a small fraction of U.S. Representatives and Senators are defeated in any given election.

That's why we need term limits.

Please make an emergency donation today.

Sincerely,

Phil Blumel
President
