Summary: DHS is accepting applications from 501c3 and other non-profit social service organizations for grants to improve access to home and community-based services (HCBS) for Medicaid-eligible people in rural and underserved racial, cultural and ethnic communities.

Audience: People who receive services, families, caregivers, providers, community advocates, financial management services (FMS) providers, Service Employees International Union (SEIU) members and other interested parties

Input period ends: Dec. 30, 2024

Summary: DHS requests feedback on barriers and potential solutions to simplify EVV compliance for live-in caregivers in Minnesota.

Audience: Lead agencies, case managers, care coordinators and other interested parties

Summary: DHS will implement increases to select service rates and monthly budgets.

Audience: People who receive personal care assistance (PCA), Consumer Support Grant (CSG) and CFSS services, families, providers, lead agencies and other interested parties

Summary: DHS began the transition from PCA and CSG to CFSS on Oct. 1, 2024. We will provide regular updates early in the transition.
