With our economy in freefall, Mitch McConnell and Donald Trump are working to make sure the biggest corporations in America get bailed out -- while workers and small businesses are getting left behind.

It’s a disgrace, John.

Sen. Bernie Sanders has a plan to save jobs and small businesses across the country, but he needs our support.

Bernie’s bill is called the Paycheck Security Act -- and it would issue the same kind of grants to small businesses that Congress has already handed out to the airline industry.

This would make sure these small businesses can continue to provide their workers with full pay and benefits -- including health care -- and that they can re-open when the pandemic passes.

But since Democrats don't run the Senate, Democrats only get what they can force McConnell to include and, so far, that's required incredible grassroots pressure. If we want Bernie's Paycheck Security Act in the next pandemic response bill, we need to back up Bernie with the biggest possible show of grassroots support:

Small businesses across the country are on the brink of collapse. Without immediate relief, millions more people will lose their jobs, and an irreplaceable part of our economy could be gone for good.

That’s why we all need to raise our voices today alongside Bernie’s: to protect small businesses, keep people employed, and make sure millions continue to have health care in the midst of this pandemic.
