To all the brave men and women who risk their lives to protect our nation, we thank you. Thank you for defending our freedoms and our way of life. And thank you to their loved ones for their sacrifices.
Today offers us an opportunity to reflect on their service to our nation, as well as what more we need to do to improve how we care for our veterans.
Veterans Day is a day where we honor the men and women who put country above all else. I am honored by the service of every veteran. We, as a nation, are eternally grateful.
Together, #WeRepresent and #WeHonor.
