Hi John, we have an urgent request regarding this year's election.
If you voted by mail or you voted a provisional ballot, there may be steps you need to take to make sure your vote is counted.
Step 1: Check your ballot status.
If you voted by mail, visit vote.pa/MailBallotStatus to check if your ballot was received. If the status column reads "Record - Ballot Returned," then your ballot has been counted.
If you voted in person or voted a provisional ballot, you must call your County Board of Elections to check the status of your ballot. Go to padems.org/cure to find the contact information for your county.
Step 2: If needed, make your ballot count.
If there is an issue with your ballot, it's easy to fix, but you need to act quickly.
The deadline to fix any issues with your ballot is tomorrow, Tuesday, November 12th in most counties. Please take action to make sure your vote is counted as soon as possible.
You can find information on how to make your ballot count at padems.org/cure, or reach out to our Voter Protection Hotline at 1-833-728-6837 with any questions.
Step 3: Check in with your friends and family to make sure their ballots are counted.
Make sure that the folks in your community who took the time to vote are set, too – you can forward them this email, or direct them to the Voter Protection Hotline.
The Senate race is extremely close, and the stakes in this election could not be higher. With votes still being counted, your vote could make the difference. It's never been more important to make sure that your vote counts!
Thank you,
Team DSCC |
