John,
Staying at home and practicing social distancing has been our new normal for nearly two months now. But this has not stopped the Alliance from organizing young people to build political power. Every organization in the Alliance network has found new and innovative ways to transform their events, programming, and local organizing work to fit our new reality.

welcome our brand new
senior national data director |
Join us in welcoming the Alliance’s first-ever Senior National Data Director, Amit Mistry! Amit is a proud Marylander with nearly a decade of political experience working on issue and electoral campaigns. Before joining the Alliance, Amit was the Later States Data Lead on the Elizabeth Warren for President campaign, overseeing the data needs for staff in more than 20 states and coordinating with national staff across multiple departments. Amit has worked at the Center for Popular Democracy, NextGen America, and the League of Conservation Voters, supporting a mix of local, state, and national programs with a focus on experiment-based tactics.
When not trying to figure out how to solve all problems with overly complicated spreadsheets, Amit is busy exploring Google Flights, researching unaffordable luxury vacations. Welcome, Amit!

While some of the tactics may have shifted to meet the needs of this time, our north star remains the same. The Alliance network will continue to organize in powerful ways to protect their communities, protect democracy, and get out the vote.
To organizing at home,
Sarah Audelo
Executive Director
