On this Veterans Day, we pause to
honor the courageous individuals who have served our country with
dedication and sacrifice. Today, we remember not only those who wore
the uniform but also the values they upheld—values that form the
foundation of our democracy. Their service has protected our freedoms,
including our rights to free speech, peaceful assembly, and equal
justice under the law.
In the years ahead, let us emulate
the veterans we commemorate today, not by adhering to any particular
political ideology, but by striving for progress and unity, by moving
our country Forward.
Today, we extend our deepest
gratitude to all veterans and their families. We are inspired by their
resilience, and we pledge to support them and to hold close the
freedoms they defended. Thank you to all who served and continue to
serve our country.
