As of November 1, DACA recipients are newly eligible for coverage under the Affordable Care Act!

ACA coverage is comprehensive and affordable. DACA recipients will be eligible for income-based subsidies to reduce the cost of these private health insurance plans. ACA plans are required to cover essential medical benefits, such as free preventative care, mental health care and hospital care.

Note: Federal laws and regulations require that information you provide can be used only in the operation of the health insurance marketplace. For example, your immigration status or income information may be verified to make sure you are eligible for coverage or subsidies, but not for any other purpose.
