Arizona Goes Red, Gives Trump a Clean Sweep of All Seven Swing States

This increases Trump’s electoral victory to 312 vs 226. National Review: The state of Arizona was officially called for Donald Trump Saturday evening, marking the final state to be declared by the AP. With Arizona, Trump now officially captured all seven swing states this cycle: Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Aside from North Carolina, each flipped from Joe Biden in 2020 to Donald Trump this time around. Although a final tally is yet to be announced and there remain many votes yet to be counted, the AP also has Trump leading the popular vote by nearly four million. Biden carried the national vote by north of seven million votes just four years ago. Trump improved on his 2020 numbers with virtually every demographic group, according to CNN’s exit polls. If he emerges with the lead – which seems likely – Trump would be the first Republican president since George W. Bush in 2004 to win the popular vote (National Review). Check out the full results here (New York Times).

Chuck Schumer Denies Results of Pennsylvania’s Senate Race; Refuses to Allow David McCormick to Join Senate Orientation
PJ Media: Now, with the balance of the Senate hanging in the balance, the Democrats’ hypocrisy over election denialism has reared its ugly head. The Pennsylvania Senate race was among the most-watched in 2024, and one that polls suggested Democrat incumbent Sen. Bob Casey was likely too keep. However, polls tightened in the final weeks, and on Wednesday, the Associated Press projected that David McCormick had unseated the three-term Democratic Senator Bob Casey in Pennsylvania’s Senate race, resulting in a stunning lose of a seat Democrats desperately needed to keep. Securing this Pennsylvania seat was a particularly rewarding victory for Republicans, especially after missed chances in other battlegrounds like Nevada, Michigan, Wisconsin, and now Arizona. McCormick’s win delivered Republicans a powerful 53-seat majority in the Senate, giving the party substantial leverage heading into the 2025 legislative session. However, the Casey campaign is refusing to concede the race. However, according to Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) is now reportedly blocking Republican Dave McCormick from joining Senate orientation this week (PJ Media). Senator Marco Rubio: Schumer is not allowing Dave McCormick to participate in Senate orientation this week because Casey refuses to concede the race. What happened to all the demands that our leaders accept the outcome of the elections (X)?

Kamala Harris’ Former Comms Director States She Could Still Be First Female President if Biden Just Resigns
This would turn the tables on America. They had their vote and it was not her. Furthermore, it would diminish the “first female president” title because it was not earned. New York Post: Vice President Kamala Harris‘ former communications director floated a wild plan to make her the first female commander-in-chief — all President Biden has to do is resign. Jamal Simmons, who served as part of Harris’ team from 2022 until 2023, urged Biden to step aside so that Harris could make history — even despite her massive defeat to President-elect Donald Trump (New York Post). Jamal Simmons: Joe Biden has been amazing but he should fulfill one last promise – to be transitional. Biden should resign and make Kamala Harris the first woman president. It’d turn tables on Trump, keep Kamala from presiding over Jan 6  make it easier for next woman to run (X). Charlie Kirk: Harris advisor Jamal Simmons actually says the meme live on CNN, advocating for Joe Biden to resign the presidency so Kamala Harris can become the first female president for a matter of weeks. Good riddance to these idiots (X).

FBI Director Wray Plans to Retire Before Trump’s Inauguration
Econotimes: FBI Director Christopher Wray is reportedly preparing to step down from his position, with sources indicating his departure could come before Donald Trump’s upcoming inauguration. According to insiders familiar with the matter, Wray’s resignation may stem from mounting political pressures and potential policy disagreements between his administration and the incoming Trump team. Wray, appointed by former President Donald Trump in 2017, has faced a complex landscape during his tenure, particularly in recent years as the FBI tackled several high-profile investigations. His expected departure could mark the beginning of a significant shift in the Bureau’s leadership, with potential implications for the agency’s handling of politically sensitive cases (Econotimes). Reporter Kyle Becker: FBI Director Christopher Wray is reportedly expected to step down before Trump’s inauguration (X).

California’s Air Board Votes to Impose 65-Cent Gas Price Hike
Cal Matters: In one of its most controversial decisions, California’s air board voted tonight to revamp a key climate change program, which could increase gas prices in a state already facing some of the nation’s steepest costs at the pump. The California Air Resources Board approved major changes to its Low Carbon Fuel Standard, a program aimed at encouraging use of cleaner transportation fuels with financial incentives as the state moves toward phasing out gasoline and diesel. The board’s 12-2 vote tonight followed about seven hours of comments from more than 100 people and four hours of discussion by board members at its meeting, held in Riverside. State Assemblymember Tom Lackey, a Republican from Palmdale, told the board during public comments that the possible impact on gas prices will harm working class Californians (Cal Matters). California Senator Brian Jones: The Air Resources Board’s 65-cent gas price hike is a direct assault on hardworking Californians. This evening’s vote is nothing short of blatant price gouging by the Newsom Administration (X).

Qatar Suspends Ceasefire Negotiation Efforts Between Israel, Hamas
Wall Street Journal: Qatar said Saturday it has paused its efforts to mediate a cease-fire in the Gaza Strip, citing a failure by Israel and Hamas to make progress in the talks. Officials familiar with the matter said earlier that Qatar also had asked Hamas’s political leaders to leave the Gulf country, where they maintain an office, after more than a year of trying to leverage their presence to broker a deal that would halt the war in Gaza and free the hostages held by the group…The Foreign Ministry said Qatar notified the U.S., Israel and Hamas 10 days ago that if an agreement wasn’t reached during the latest round of cease-fire talks, then Doha would stall its efforts to mediate. Qatar would resume its role as a mediator only when “the parties show their willingness and seriousness to end the brutal war,” the ministry said (Wall Street Journal). Raylan Givens: Qatar has told all Hams officials in the country: You are no longer welcome here. Leave the country immediately (X).

Kamala Harris’ Campaign Ends $20 Million in Debt; Trump Offers To Pay The Balance In Name Of Unity
Townhall: The Kamala Harris campaign is $20 million in debt. You read that right: this operation that raked in $1 billion is $20 million in the hole. Sarah touched upon this earlier this weekend. For some reason, this operation spent millions on concerts that did nothing but sink the vice president’s finances. That’s $1 billion torched in roughly 100 days—all to get blown out in the general election. Kamala didn’t win a single swing state… Donald Trump heard this news and pulled a master troll move: the president-elect offered to pay the debt (Townhall). Johnny Maga: Trump is now offering to use his leftover funds to pay off the debts of the Harris campaign and DNC (X). Mario Nawfal: She raised over $1 billion yet spent $1.37 billion, which included over $580 million on staff. Meanwhile, Trump scored a landslide victory after raising $381 million and spending $345 million, of which only about $10 million was spent on staff (X).

Donald Trump Prioritizes Universal Voter ID
Washington Examiner: President-elect Donald Trump challenged California’s ban on voter ID requirements during a response to Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D-CA) plans to “Trump-proof” the Golden State. While expressing concern that “Newscum” is trying to “kill” California, Trump criticized the governor’s decision to sign a bill banning voter ID requirements in late September and declared he would work to reverse the policy as president. California is one of 13 states, as well as Washington, D.C., that do not require any identification to vote at the polls (Washington Examiner). Eric Daugherty: Trump announces he’s set to ensure voting ID is used nationwide (X). Elon Musk: Must be a coincidence (X).

Nancy Pelosi Claims More Illegal Immigrants Came Under Trump’s Term Than Biden’s
Do people actually believe this? Daily Wire: Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) falsely claimed in a New York Times interview that was published on Saturday that fewer illegal aliens came into the United States under President Joe Biden than during President-elect Donald Trump’s first term in office. Pelosi claimed in the interview that culture issues, not policy issues, were a major factor of why Democrats lost in 2024. Pelosi’s claim that fewer illegal aliens have entered the U.S. under Biden than Trump is false. Well over 10 million illegal aliens have entered the U.S. under Biden while there were approximately 2.5 million who entered under Trump (Daily Wire). Mollie Hemingway: GREAT example of the “fact” “checking” fraud perpetrated by the propaganda press in Lulu Garcia-Navarro’s intvw of Nancy Pelosi. Pelosi BRAZENLY lies that Biden had fewer illegal aliens entering the country than Trump and Garcia-Navarro doesn’t say a word (X).
