We're not new to this: We filed 434 legal actions against the first Trump administration, often winning landmark cases before Trump-appointed judges and during his first term, we:

* Defeated the Trump administration's inclusion of a citizenship question in the 2020 census at the Supreme Court

* Led the charge to end the Trump administration's horrific family separation policy for migrants at the border, and won a settlement for families impacted by this policy

* Launched multiple lawsuits to prevent the Trump administration from dismantling our asylum system

ACLU Supporter, there is no organization better equipped for this fight. We have the battle-tested playbook on how to hold the Trump administration accountable, and we won't hesitate to take him to court to defend our most fundamental civil rights.
