John,
The House majority is still on the line. It has not been called, and there is still a clear path to a Democratic majority once every eligible vote is counted.
We need to make sure our Democratic candidates who are still counting eligible ballots have every resource they need. That's why we're sharing an important request below from Dave Min in CA-47, whose race is too close to call.
Please, if you are looking for a meaningful action to take today, consider splitting a donation between Dave Min’s legal fund and our campaign. Your donation will ensure that every eligible vote is counted in CA-47, help Democrats win the House majority and give us the resources to be a check on Donald Trump’s administration.
Our fight is not over.

Hi John, Dave Min here, Democratic nominee in California’s 47th Congressional District.
I wanted to give you an update on my race here in CA-47: It’s currently still too close to call.
From the moment I launched this campaign, we knew it was going to be a tight race. And right now, my team and I are still working to ensure every vote is counted.
Bottom line, John: This race isn’t over. There are tens of thousands of outstanding ballots yet to be counted in this race, and ensuring that every eligible vote is counted will be a long but important process.
The greatest strength of this campaign is our grassroots team, and we’re so grateful for everyone who’s joined.
But right now, the stakes of winning couldn’t be any higher.
It is more important than ever to send proven fighters to Congress and take back the House Majority to hold President Trump accountable.
We believe that when every vote is counted, we’ll have what it takes to win – but that’s why we need your support today to count every vote.
All the best,
Dave
