Greetings, 

As we conclude this incredibly consequential week, our team at Forward HQ would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has signed up for the Forward Party. At its heart, a political party isn’t a set of policies, or candidates, or staff. It’s the people who make up the party. Without you, this Party would not exist!

Additionally, we imagine that a lot of your friends and family are asking, “What do we do now?” NOW is the time to introduce (or reintroduce) them to Forward. Send them to our website, or invite them to a state meeting.

Our team has spent the past few days analyzing our incredible successes of 2024. We made huge strides this year and built out scalable infrastructure to support new and better candidates.  Forward-aligned candidates were committed to a new kind of campaign not tied directly to the legacy parties and committed to a better country for the American people. Some highlights of our work:

• We built out a candidate recruitment and endorsement pipeline that:
  • Considered over 500 candidates for endorsement
  • Endorsed over 125 candidates
  • 20% of which ended up winning their races
    

Thank you, Forward Party for all of your support throughout this election cycle. The resources you provided me with were a key factor in my decisive victory. Forward Party helps even the playing field in nonpartisan races.

• We supported state party growth by:
  • Identifying, onboarding, and training over 180 new state leads
  • Building out state party infrastructure in 29 states, expanding the map for future cycles
  • Holding 15 training sessions for state leads
    
    
• This support came from our membership, who:
  • Held dozens of text banks for endorsed candidates
  • Sent out over 264,000 messages
  • Contacted over 258,000 voters
  • Engaged in over 30,000 conversations

We learned a lot in 2024 that we’ll take into the future. Next week, our Chief Strategy and Operating Officer Matt Shinners and I will be sending a series of emails outlining lessons learned from this cycle and what the plans are for Forward in the future.
