"And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them." |

Please pray for the ongoing Boat Patrol Project in Ghana, which has significantly reduced human trafficking on Lake Volta. Pray for unity and collaboration among government partners, particularly the Marine Police and Criminal Investigations Division, to advance justice. May there be sustained commitment and resources to continue this vital work. |

Praise God for the opportunity to participate in the first Global Conference on Violence Against Children. The conference, held in Colombia, gathered leaders from all over the world to discuss how governments can better combat sexual and physical violence against children. We had four spokespeople at the event that raised the need to have survivor-centered justice systems. Please pray that God will work in the hearts of these global leaders so that they will commit in the long term to combat these serious crimes against children. |

Pray for one of our new teams, currently in the middle of 10 days of critical meetings to expand our work combatting child sex trafficking. These meetings will help us connect with like-minded agencies, identify ideal partners and our areas of collaboration, and build relationships with government leaders. Pray for divine guidance for our team, energy and good connections as we develop the vision for what is possible. |

Praise God for justice in a recent case of online sexual exploitation of children. A high-profile perpetrator in France was found guilty and sentenced to 24 years in prison for ordering the livestreamed abuse of dozens of minors in the Philippines. Though these cases are truly heartbreaking, we praise God for shedding a light on these hidden crimes and bringing justice across the globe. |

Praise God for the six runners who ran the New York City Marathon last weekend in support of IJM. We are grateful they chose to run for the millions of people living unprotected from modern slavery and trafficking. We praise God for the awareness their efforts have brought to IJM, and pray that individuals around the globe would continue to find creative ways to use their passions in support of the mission. |
