John, We don't have all the results of Tuesday's elections in, yet, but we do know it was a HUGE day for term limits supporters: >>> USTL's Ohio Chairman, Bernie Moreno, won a seat in the U.S. Senate! With his elections we are a better position to force a vote on Senator Cruz's Term Limits for all amendment. Just click here to watch our own Holly Robichaud's announcement of the news. >>> Our Utah State Chair, Tina Cannon, was elected State Auditor! >>> Former USTL South Dakota State Chair Taffy Howard won a seat in the state senate! This is especially important as South Dakota has not yet voted to bypass Congress and call the Term Limits Convention! >>> Many congressional races are not yet called, but here is the total number of term limits pledge signers coming to Washington in January versus the number who currently are in Congress now: 119th House (2025), 123 signers but several races are undecided 118th House (2023), 96 signers 119th Senate (2025), 23 signers with a couple undecided races 118th Senate (2024), 19 signers with a couple of undecided races We are making progress! In the coming days, I'll have more results especially in elections for seats in state legislatures where we will be battling hard starting in January to pass our Term Limits Convention Legislation. Meanwhile, if you can, please make a donation to help fund our efforts to bypass Congress and call the Term Limits Convention. Again, State legislatures will be convening soon! Sincerely, Philip Blumel President |
