I’m emailing you personally today because we need to talk about the historic importance of Tuesday’s Presidential Election, and what it means for your rights.

First, I want to say that I’m delighted that the majority of voting Americans rejected the dangerous, regressive and anti-freedom agenda of Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. 

Peaceable people truly dodged a bullet on Tuesday night.

However, the election of President Trump also presents us with an historic opportunity to go on offense and truly be aggressive to FIGHT FORWARD for your rights.

Indeed, President Trump will very possibly have the chance to nominate several new justices to the Supreme Court, as well as filling hundreds of circuit and district court judgeships. 

In fact, you could probably fairly call one of the early themes of his presidency “Judges! Judges! Judges!”

During President Trump’s first term, he already filled three Supreme Court vacancies, in addition to completely changing the landscape of the judiciary.

Those nominations very likely played a role in helping to clinch wins in some of FPC’s very own cases, such as our Mock v. Garland victory over pistol braces, and more.

Fast forward to today, and we are now on the cusp of being able to move the judicial needle toward freedom for an entire generation.

FPC is especially optimistic about the long-term judicial outlook for our battle to restore the right to keep and bear arms. 

Indeed, President Trump says America gave him a mandate on Election Night…

And now, with that mandate, you and I must charge forward boldly and aggressively toward liberty.

What’s more, these institutions are absolutely dripping with cash that they can deploy at a moment’s notice to launch fresh assaults on your rights.

The ATF by itself has a budget of almost two BILLION dollars, and they’re staffed by thousands of goose-stepping employees who are chomping at the bit to take your guns. 

And that’s not even taking into account the fact that the ATF consistently requests more agents and more money with each budget request.

That’s why I’m going to implore you - please help to ensure that FPC has strong funding and resources to take on these existential threats.
