As we continue to process the election results that will impact our LGBTQ+ community in Virginia and across the country, we recognize there are so many uncertainties ahead of us. Please know that Equality Virginia has been working closely with state and national partners to prepare for any scenario we might face. In the coming days and weeks we will be sharing more information, next steps and how you can immediately plug into our movement. We’ve got this. We’ve got us.

We know that hope is both a feeling and a choice. And in this moment, we're choosing hope. Our community is no stranger to boldness, bravery and resilience. We will continue to hold the line for our hard-fought protections and rights here in Virginia. We’ve got this. We’ve got us.

Virginians have always shown their commitment to fighting for our collective liberation. We need that continued spirit now more than ever. Together, we will build a future where we all thrive and Equality Virginia will continue to advocate relentlessly for you, your family, and that future. We’ve got this. We’ve got us.
