We are rejoicing with you after a hard-fought victory in one of the most important elections of our time. YOUR VOICE was heard and your hard work made a difference, whether taking voter guides to your churches or helping candidates who share our values for life, family and freedom with phone calls and door to door literature drops.

CTV distributed almost 100,000 printed voter guides in 10 key targeted districts, and it had an impact on the results because Christians got out to vote! SEVEN of those House candidates who share our values WON!

We also shared countless electronic guides, did a huge targeted text message campaign to encourage voters to make sure they voted and I had the privilege to hit the podcast/radio airwaves to motivate and encourage Christian citizens to activate their God-Given duty to have a voice in this election by VOTING!

In the weeks to come we will have more of a breakdown for you… but here’s a quick summary of some important races:

• President – President Trump won the Electoral College AND the Popular Vote! (first time in 20 years that a Republican has done this)

• Michigan State House of Representatives – This was a BIG SUCCESS. The pro-life, pro-family, pro-freedom candidates prevailed and we now have a majority of 58 to 52—enough to STOP the devastating legislation that has been a wrecking ball to our values in our state.

• U.S. Senate – Mike Rogers lost this race by the slimmest of margins… .3% (~20,000) from over 5.3 million votes cast—showing again how EVERY VOTE COUNTS in an election.

• U. S. Congress – Michigan has a new pro-family U.S. Representative as Tom Barrett won the hard-fought race for the 7th District.  

• Tom McMillan and Nikki Snyder returned to the State Board of Education AND the GOP won 4 of the 6 contested seats open on the three University Board races… The MSU board is still being decided. 

• Unfortunately, our two endorsed Supreme Court Justices did not win. 

WHAT'S NEXT: The short legislative Session (called Lame Duck) will start soon and end December 31st. It is incredibly important! WE ALL MUST STAY VIGILANT as there will be an effort to pass laws that could remove parental rights and affect our children in public schools—MORE TO COME!
