Hello, Friends —
On Tuesday, the American people made it clear they are done with the Biden-Harris administration's reckless spending, lawless open-border policies, proxy wars that risk World War III, rampant inflation, and corrupt censorship and lawfare. President Trump was re-elected; Republicans took the majority in the Senate; and the House of Representatives is poised to remain in Republican control. Voters want a return to accountability, a strong economy, a restrained foreign policy, and respect for American sovereignty.
We are now at a pivotal moment for our country. Elected Republicans must assemble a governing coalition and build on the trust the American people have placed in us. We have the responsibility to deliver for them by once again putting America first and advancing policies that ensure a safe and prosperous future. This includes reining in a weaponized government, cutting spending and taxes, and securing our Southern border.
I am especially grateful for the people of Florida’s First Congressional District entrusting me with the honor of continuing to represent them. I am ready to again fight for the interests of the American people alongside President Trump!
HAPPY VETERANS DAY!
Monday is Veterans Day, and I want to recognize our distinguished and proud heroes for their selfless service to our nation. Florida's First District is home to one of the largest veteran populations in the country, making FL-01 a district full of patriots, hard-working Americans, and true heroes, to which I owe my fullest gratitude. Thank you for your service to America and for making our nation a shining beacon of hope, freedom, and opportunity. For your dedicated service and sacrifice, I will continue to fight for you.

Matt Gaetz easily won another term in the U.S. House representing Florida’s 1st Congressional District, with the Fort Walton Beach Republican defeating Democrat Gay Valimont in the deep red district. Shortly after polls closed in the Florida Panhandle, Gaetz up with more than 66% of the vote over of Valimont with early and most vote-by-mail votes counted."

Matt Gaetz’s Father Wins Bid For State Senate
"The Gaetz family dynasty is just beginning. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Florida’s preeminent Trump-supporting congressman, saw his father elected to the State Senate on Tuesday. With 100% of votes reported in Panhandle District 1, Don Gaetz, a Republican, defeated Democratic candidate Lisa Newell for the open seat. The win is a remarkable turn of fortune for Gaetz, Sr., who previously served as Senate president from 2012 to 2014 and as Senator from 2006 to 2016. The year his father retired, Rep. Gaetz first won his seat in the U.S. House when succeeding former Rep. Ray Sansom in Florida’s 1st District, a reliably red area of a conservative state colloquially referred to as “Floribama.” He rose to power on the shoulders of Gaetz, Sr., who in his current race had the backing of both his son and Senate President-Designate Ben Albritton, according to FL Voice News."
