Thanks to you, there were some crucial wins for reproductive freedom.

NARAL Pro-Choice America recently changed its name to Reproductive Freedom for All. Our name may be new, but our mission of protecting and expanding reproductive freedom remains the same.

John,

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. While the results of Tuesday's elections weren't what we hoped for, there were some crucial wins for reproductive freedom.

It reminds me why it's so vital we all continue to do this work, day in and day out. Our program, including volunteers, together made over 230,000 phone calls, knocked on over 548,000 doors, and sent 45 MILLION text messages to voters across the country. That is the strength of this movement. That is the strength we will need in the fight ahead.

Because of people like you getting out the vote in states across the country:

  • Reproductive freedom voters won seven ballot measures in Arizona, Colorado, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, and New York.

  • For the first time, we will have two Black women serving in the U.S. Senate—Lisa Blunt Rochester for Delaware and Angela Alsobrooks for Maryland. These are two reproductive freedom champions we are proud to have helped elect.

  • Abortion was a key issue helping to secure wins in tight U.S. House and Senate races, including for Michigan Senator-elect Elissa Slotkin and Wisconsin Senator Tammy Baldwin.

  • We won key seats on state supreme courts in Michigan and Montana, a crucial win for reproductive freedom in those states.

  • We re-elected dozens of champions for reproductive freedom up and down the ballot. We have leaders that will hold the Trump administration and state leaders accountable and strongly advocate for our rights.

While Florida's abortion ballot measure didn't pass (because it needed to reach a 60 percent threshold), the majority of Floridians (57%!) did vote to protect abortion access. This election proved once again that abortion is a winning issue.

We have a lot of work to do in the months and years ahead—and we'll need your continued support to do it. Can you commit to making a monthly donation to help fuel the fight for reproductive freedom?

We are organizers—in our local communities, in our states, and in the movement for reproductive freedom for all. We never stop fighting for what's right.

Thank you for being with us,

Ryan Stitzlein
