We hope you had a great week! The week started off strong with an extra hour of sleep, but the earlier sunsets always take some getting used to. Ahead of the weekend, we want to wish everyone a Happy Veterans Day! We hope people and our local communities can take time Monday to commemorate the day and show our appreciation for our veterans’ service.

Office Success in October

Our office is proud that our fall has been full of casework success for our local community. This October, we were able to return $1,176,304 and close 378 cases for neighbors across Burlington, Mercer, and Monmouth Counties!

Departing Member Notice

As a departing member of the U.S. House of Representatives, Congressman Kim will no longer represent New Jersey's 3rd Congressional District after January 2, 2025. Due to the varying length of time needed to resolve casework, constituent service, and/or grants assistance requests, our office will stop accepting new requests after Monday, November 11th.

Please feel free to contact us to see how we can assist and/or refer matters appropriately or request assistance from Senator Cory Booker’s office.

Our office will continue to manage all open/ongoing casework and/or constituent services requests to help address community members’ needs the best we can.

Recognizing National Diabetes Month

November is Diabetes Awareness Month and helps recognize the around 11% of the U.S. population who live with diabetes. Congressman Kim is proud to support research, prevention efforts, and expanded affordable healthcare options for Americans with diabetes, including expanded access to affordable insulin. He helped pass the Inflation Reduction Act into law to cap the cost of insulin for seniors on Medicare at $35/month and is focused on how we can spread those savings to everyone.

Medicare Open Enrollment is OPEN

From now through December 7th, you can head to medicare.gov or call 1-800-MEDICARE to look over coverage and compare options to make sure you have a plan that’s right for you.

Through the Inflation Reduction Act, Congressman Kim is proud to have helped cap insulin costs at $35/month for seniors on Medicare and deliver critical savings on their prescription drug costs.
