Dear friend,
I’m reaching out today to say thank you. So many of you supported the Harris/Walz ticket by knocking on doors, making calls, and urging your friends, family, and neighbors to get out and vote. This was an extraordinary campaign from the start. Vice President Harris stepped into this moment and ran a joyful campaign with the promise of a brighter future for all Americans.
I am holding onto that promise, and I hope you will too. We know we face many challenging times in the days and years ahead, but we must never give up fighting for a better future.
No matter who is in the White House, the promise of a better, more prosperous future for our children and grandchildren will continue to drive my work in the Senate. I remain more committed than ever to passing an expanded Child Tax Credit, protecting our public lands, and ensuring America’s rural communities thrive.
I am deeply grateful for your support of Democrats up and down the ticket across the entire country. Our work is not done.
In the coming weeks, I look forward to hearing from you about how we can best move forward. To paraphrase James Baldwin, we cannot falter in our duty.
Onward,
Michael Bennet
