Mental Health Week

Last week was National Mental Health Week – a week where we remind ourselves about the importance of taking care of our mental health and supporting our friends, family and colleagues, especially during this pandemic.

Our mental health is just as important as our physical health, and by staying connected, we can be there for each other even if we’re apart.

Check in with your neighbours, family, and friends – and if you’re having a tough time, reach out to someone you can trust or check out tools like the government’s new ‘Wellness Together’ virtual portal for mental health resources.

P.S. Getting a few too many emails right now? We get it. Understandably, the last number of weeks have been stressful for a lot of Canadians. Let us know here if you’d like to temporarily opt out of emails until June 1. We’re wishing you all the best!
