John–

This has undeniably been a hard week for America and for the movement to
end gun violence.

Donald Trump is returning to the Oval Office with JD Vance. The GOP has
taken control of the Senate and the fate of the House of Representatives
is up in the air. The gun lobby is smugly declaring victory for key races
across the country.

While it may seem discouraging now, please know that Everytown, Moms
Demand Action, and Students Demand Action are not backing down. [ [link removed] ]Join
our growing movement today by rushing a donation in for gun safety.

Trump once said in a statement that he would "terminate every single one
of Harris-Biden's attacks on law-abiding gun owners" his first week in
office. We cannot and will not let him undo years of progress to make our
country safer. It's crucial we put our resources where we can be most
effective.

The last time Donald Trump was in office, we showed his administration and
the gun lobby that we wouldn't give up—and this time is no different. Are
you with us?

We'll be working extensively with our allies in Congress, state
legislatures, and local governments to stop the gun lobby and Trump
administration from undoing all of our progress. But we cannot do it
without you.

[ [link removed] ]Together, we will continue our work for a future free from gun
violence. Make a donation today so that we can prepare for—and win—the
fight to protect gun safety and save lives.

We cannot give up on our future. We must work harder than ever now.
