In fact, we’ve already begun drafting repeal text for him to restore your God-given rights.

One of our biggest victories of the night came when Americans elected a pro-gun Senate majority, which will open the gates even further for GOA’s No Compromise lobbying efforts.

We can rest assured that the filibuster is now safe and that pro-gun judicial nominees will be confirmed to uphold your constitutional rights in court and rein in tyrannical agencies like the ATF.

Thanks to GOA members like you, we were able to pour tons of money and resources into flipping Montana’s Senate seat for pro-gun Navy SEAL Tim Sheehy by way of a massive voter mobilization of gun owners and hunters.

But anti-gunners did have a few wins on election night…

Two major anti-gun initiatives were enacted in Colorado and Tennessee.

Our attorneys are preparing to challenge these anti-gun initiatives in court. Unless we defeat these gun control initiatives, anti-gunners in every other state will copy them and put similar ones on the ballot all across America.

And if they succeeded in pro-gun Tennessee, truly no state is off limits!

The Michael Bloombergs of the nation would just need to spend millions of dollars on hysterical ads to deceive 50.1% of voters to vote away your rights. Your God-given rights should NEVER be decided by the whim of voters.

Let’s also not forget that anti-gunners are seething with rage after they suffered a humiliating defeat on Tuesday. California and New York are already retaliating by vowing to “thwart” the incoming Trump-Vance Administration.

We need to be fully prepared to fight back in court against any attack that comes from anti-gunners in the coming days.

Keep in mind that we’re also fighting legal battles against anti-gunners in states like California, Florida, Michigan, New Mexico, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia. And we’re still suing the Biden administration over its various gun bans imposed by executive decree.

But after having spent so much money on elections, our legal efforts are about to severely suffer unless we replenish our coffers immediately.
