Friend,
We just filed our merits-stage
brief in the DOJ’s appeal of Mock v. Garland (Pistol Brace Ban challenge), but now we’re
bracing for the enemy to respond.
Unfortunately, there’s no time to
waste, and we need to pivot to the next part of our legal strategy
effective immediately.
|
Despite the fact that Donald Trump
has won the election, it’s vital that we keep #FightingForward against
the Deep State and the gun control agenda.
Indeed, regardless of the makeup of
Congress or who is sitting in the Oval Office, the enemies of freedom
will continue to step up their attacks on liberty, just as we saw
during his first term.
|
That’s why FPC is pouring all our
passion and energy into what could be the next big fight for freedom:
bans on so-called “assault weapons.”
Again, regardless of who is
President, we know that existing gun bans threaten the liberty and
survival of gun owners living in tyrannical states.
And unless we obliterate these
bans, they are very likely to spread to the so-called “free states,”
which is something we CANNOT tolerate.
This is why we’ve petitioned the
Supreme Court to take up our case Snope v. Brown -
which challenges bans on so-called “assault weapons.”
|
And we’re asking for your help
TODAY in fighting to end these draconian bans on common semiautomatic
firearms once and for all.
Help
FPC end gun bans and tell the tyrants “Fuck You. No.” by chipping in
$100, $50, or perhaps even $25 right now.
When you give in support of this and our many other legal
cases, you’ll automatically be entered to WIN a FN 15 TAC
3!
This is so important, Friend. The
very future of our rights could hang on the outcome of cases like
Snope. We’ve got to fight and WIN.
Can we count on you?
For freedom and liberty,
The FPC Team
