ADVISORY: Heavy vehicle traffic, crowd expected Thursday afternoon





*WHAT*: A public demonstration criticizing Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed.

*WHERE*: Legislative Building, north side.

*WHEN*: Taking place now.

*IMPACTS*:


* An estimated 500 demonstrators are arriving at the Capitol, along with dozens of vehicles.
* Expect impacts to parking and foot traffic.
* Parking at the Flag Circle is closed.
