| Here’s what we know for sure: We will fight the Trump administration on every front. With you by our side, we must and we will: |
- Defend fair courts and preserve the rule of law. Trump will try to stack the bench with judges who want to dismantle government oversight and the protections that it provides for clean air, water, and climate.
- Defend our right to live free from toxic chemicals and deadly pollution. After decades of litigation, the Biden administration took long overdue action to force the chemical industry and other polluters to clean up. These protections will dramatically reduce cancer risk and asthma and save tens of thousands of lives every year, but we know they will be a prime target for the next Trump administration.
- Defend climate progress and a new clean economy. Over the last four years, we have made historic progress ramping up clean energy, investing in new clean industries, and helping communities withstand the dangers of our new climate reality. Trump has pledged to roll back all of this progress.
