Mark your calendars for an Affordable Homeownership Open House next Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:00pm at Skagit County Public Health! Join us to learn about affordable homeownership opportunities and assistance programs for low-income homeowners in Skagit County, including:


* down-payment assistance (20% down payment (up to $100,000) for eligible homeowners below 80% AMI)
* energy assistance
* assistance for households with an intellectual/developmental disability
* and more!
