Friend,

Thank you for electing me to another term as your Congresswoman, NY-07! Although we received disappointing results on Tuesday, I am honored that you all have entrusted me with representing you in Congress.

You may be feeling sad or angry today—that’s okay. It is hard to see all of the hard work we put into this election end this way, but we will continue to fight for the values we believe in.

I’m proud of the fight we put up this election, and I am confident that we will dust ourselves off and continue to fight for our families and our neighbors.

The next four years will be challenging, but I will never stop fighting for you and the future of our country.
