Reminders for November firearm season
The November firearm season is quickly approaching. As you prepare to hunt, keep these reminders in mind.
Season dates are Nov. 16-24, 2024. Hunters also will have the option to Telecheck their deer during the nine-day November firearm season. Hunters must check their deer at either a check station or via Telecheck. Use the QR code on your permit to report deer via Telecheck or find a map of check stations online.
Hunters on the six deer management units on the eastern side of Nebraska are encouraged to check their deer in person so it can be tested for chronic wasting disease. Find information and check stations in this news release.
