A recent survey conducted by National 4‑H Council reveals that U.S. teenagers are seeking more support to develop essential career, life and technical skills to help them succeed in the future. Of the youth surveyed, 77% feel that out-of-school programs are more likely than in-school programs to give them confidence, while 62% feel they offer the ability to manage stress.
