Hi John,
This week is a reminder that abortion misinformation remains a threat to our reproductive rights and freedoms. While abortion won on ballots in seven states, anti-abortion, anti-trans, and other stigmatizing rhetoric played a role in undermining abortion rights in Florida, Nebraska and South Dakota.
Now, of the seven states with new state constitutional protections, two two states (Missouri and Montana) remain under anti-abortion trifectas making the work to implement real access an uphill battle. Both of those states also have anti-abortion attorneys general who are hellbent on threatening patients and providers and criminalizing pregnant people.
Take action today: donate $5 to help us push legislators to fight for ground-breaking legislation that addresses pressing reproductive health issues.

NIRH’s latest research [[link removed]] shows that Americans want the decision of whether someone can have an abortion left to the person and their doctor (75%) including in the last three months of pregnancy (66%) versus being regulated by the government . And with growing bipartisan support to unrestrict and de-criminalize pregnancy, momentum is on our side.
Join us with just $5 today as we work with pro-abortion advocates and newly elected allies to defend and expand these victories – because when we fight back, we win.
