Contract changes
DES cancels EVSE solicitation
DES has decided to cancel solicitation 23123 for electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE).
We are exploring the available options, including updating and reposting the solicitation for equipment only, a cooperative contract, and collaborating to satisfy the EVSE needs for all of the state’s customers.
If you need to buy EVSE equipment in the meantime, please work with your agency’s procurement office to determine the appropriate procurement method, whether it be a direct buy or competitive procurement.
We will continue to provide updates on the status of the statewide contract or cooperative participation through WACS and Contracts Connection.
