Hello Supporter of Digital Freedom,
The U.S. election is over. The fight to protect our digital freedom continues.
During the first Trump administration, we fought back against attempts to roll back net neutrality, bogus government gag orders, and warrantless searches of personal electronic devices at the U.S. border. We stopped legislation that would have been a disaster for internet users’ free speech and security, and a partisan appointee’s purge of an independent nonprofit helping people around the world avoid online censorship and surveillance by repressive regimes.
EFF was founded to fight the good, hard fights. We will continue our mission no matter who occupies the Oval Office, or controls the House, or the Senate. Every generation must fight for their rights, and now, our battle is online.
