LCB Board Action: Permanent Rules Filed Regarding Gender-Neutral Language
On Nov. 6, 2024, during a regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following action related to general rulemaking:
Approved notice of permanent rulemaking (CR 103) replacing gender-specific language with gender-neutral language in Title 314 WAC, the rules of the Liquor and Cannabis Board.
The updated rules take effect Dec. 7, 2024.
