Our direct services are available to help families and caregivers who are supporting a loved one with substance use. They provide support, help create action plans, and deliver relevant information to families. Below you can explore and share our support service options.
Helpline
Helpline: Trained and caring Helpline Specialists are ready to connect with you and explore any challenges, setbacks, obstacles and difficult emotions that go along with a child’s substance use or addiction. No matter where you are on your journey, our Helpline Specialists will help support you and figure out next steps that fit the needs of your family.

Online Support Community
Online Support Community: Join our free Online Support Meetings designed for parents and caregivers supporting loved ones who are either experimenting with substances or living with substance use disorder. These meetings are available in both English and Spanish and are led by trained peers who understand these challenges firsthand, with oversight from a clinical team. Participation is free of charge.
We also offer a specialized grief support group for parents and caregivers who have lost a loved one due to substance use, providing compassionate support.

Help & Hope By Text: Parents and caregivers concerned about their child’s substance use or addiction can receive customized resources and skills delivered via text.
