Ann Arbor voters have authorized a Sustainable Energy Utility (SEU), an opt-in, supplemental, community-owned energy utility to provide 100% renewable energy from local solar and battery storage systems installed at participating homes and businesses in the city. The Ann Arbor Office of Sustainability and Innovations is already at work, moving into the final planning phase and preparing for the program launch within the upcoming 18-24 months.

Ann Arbor voters have authorized renewal of the Park Maintenance and Capital Improvements Millage for the next 20 years. The renewed millage will now enable funds to be leveraged for a more holistic, strategic and long-term approach to planning and to be available for improvement and repair needs in the parks.
