The Minnesota Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities is pleased to announce a new training package that explains the Waiver Bill of Rights (Minnesota Statute 245D.04). This training package includes a 245D Easy Read Guide, 245D Know Your Rights Workbook, and a series of 245D Bill or Rights Situational Videos co-created with people with developmental disabilities.
