FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Cascade River Road to be Closed for Daytime Tree Removal November 13-15, 2024 at milepost 4.10 - east of the entrance to Cascade River Park.

Cascade River Road, just east of the western entrance to Cascade River Park, will be closed for the removal of dead trees on Wednesday, November 13 through Friday, November 15, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.  Sonshine Tree Service will be using a crane to remove dead and diseased trees from the right of way. Access will be restored each evening.

We ask the public to please steer clear of the work zone while the area is closed for the safety of our contractor and to ensure the work can be finished as soon as possible.

The road will be closed to all vehicles, including Emergency Response vehicles.
