We did it! I have been reelected by a decisive double-digit margin, far surpassing expectations in a race that was rated among the most competitive in the country.

In addition, the initiative we worked so hard to get on the ballot, Prop. 36, has passed in an absolute landslide.

It's a great day for California, and a truly hopeful day for our country.
