Today, despite our grief and frustration at the result of the election, we wanted to reach out with a heartfelt thank you.

A few hours ago, Kamala Harris's campaign came to an end. And as Teddy Kennedy said, for all those whose cause have been our concern, the work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives, and the dream shall never die .

Your support throughout this entire tumultuous cycle has powered our fight — our fight for justice, equality, and our shared Democratic Values.

While the results of the election aren’t what we had hoped, a new fight starts now. Now, we need to stand strong to protect our fundamental freedoms, our rights, our environment, and our democracy. We can’t let our disappointment make us complacent — there’s just too much at stake.

So today, we will get some rest. We must reflect on the work we’ve done together and the victories we have secured. Tomorrow, we will regroup and get back up. We will work together to save our democracy and protect our Constitution.
