Preliminary results are in and we're in the lead.
After initial fourth round rank choice results, we are leading 53.01% to 46.99% against incumbent Supervisor Dean Preston.

While there are still votes to be counted, I am optimistic about the trend shown in these results.
We knew this race wouldn't be easy and I’m immensely proud of the campaign we’ve run and the momentum we’ve built this year — it’s clear our message of unity and delivering results has resonated with residents across the district.

But this isn't over yet.
Regardless of outcome as the final results develop in the coming days, I have nothing but gratitude to all of you for supporting our movement for change.
Now more than ever, we have a responsibility in San Francisco to make sure we continue leading the nation in our progressive values.
