Polls are closed and ballots are now being counted in the race CA-27. While we await further results, I want to take a moment to say thank you.

You made this campaign possible, and we are still on the cusp of making history in this race. But it’s not over yet, John.

The first batch of ballots have been counted, and we currently trail by just over 2% with tens of thousands of votes left to count. It’s too close to call.
