Last night, I congratulated Rob Bresnahan on his win and officially conceded in the race to represent Pennsylvania’s Eighth Congressional District.

While this isn’t the outcome we’d hoped for, I want you to know that my heart is full of gratitude and pride for all that we’ve accomplished together. I am beyond grateful for your hard work, your commitment, and your belief in what we can achieve together.

To each of you who volunteered, donated, showed up, and put in the hard work – you gave everything for this campaign. You made calls, knocked on doors, and shared our vision with your neighbors, friends, and family. In a race this close, your voices were heard, and your commitment was felt across our community. I cannot thank you enough.

Representing northeastern Pennsylvania has been the greatest honor of my life. I am immensely proud of the progress we’ve made together. Whether it was securing federal investments for our local law enforcement, improving our infrastructure, or supporting economic development, I fought every day to bring meaningful change back home – and I did so with immense bipartisan support.

Thank you for standing with me – and know that even as my term comes to an end, I will always be standing with you.
