No matter the circumstances, the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota (ILCM) is dedicated to providing quality immigration legal services to low-income immigrant and refugees across Minnesota and North Dakota, educating our communities about immigration matters, and advocating for public policies that respect the universal human rights of immigrants. We will continue to do so regardless of who holds elected office, keeping our clients and their communities at the forefront of our work.


While we do not underestimate the gravity of the situation and potential for significant obstacles ahead, ILCM is poised to confront these challenges with the utmost determination and compassion. We have stood the test of time over many federal administrations. Decades of building connections within communities have positioned us to champion the rights and dignity of our clients.

Especially today, we must reaffirm our support for our immigrant and refugee neighbors and renew our commitment to building a world where everyone's humanity is recognized and celebrated to its fullest.

Now is the time for solidarity with all the individuals and families that have faced barriers and heartbreak on their immigration journey and who may now face even greater barriers and fear. We hope you will stand beside us.
