Dear John,
As the leading anti-hate organization in the world, ADL remains steadfastly committed to our timeless mission and continuing to encourage unity as we combat antisemitism and other forms of hate that pose a threat in our communities, online and on campuses.
To that end, we welcome working with President Donald J. Trump, Vice President-elect J.D. Vance, all the candidates who won last night, the incoming Administration and all elected officials in pursuit of our 111-year-old mission — to stop the defamation of the Jewish people and secure justice and fair treatment to all.
You can count on ADL. We are here as we have been for over a century. We will continue to lead as a powerful force against antisemitism and all forms of hate whenever and wherever they appear, whatever or whoever the source.
We urge everyone — and especially our leaders — to tone down the rhetoric and for our new administration to reject the antisemitism and extremism that permeates our society, especially in these tumultuous times.
Together we will continue to reach across all divides to promote dignity and respect among all people, protecting and defending Jews and all marginalized groups, every day actualizing the words that appear under our logo: Fighting Hate for Good.
Sincerely, |
|
