Hey John --

By now you’ve probably heard that Donald Trump has retaken the White House. And we're not going to lie, this is a serious blow to our democracy.

You might be angry.

You might be scared.

You might not know what comes next.

However, this loss isn’t going to stop us from fighting for our rights. The fight for our future is still ongoing.

We can’t allow our focus on protecting our rights and future to be distracted. Right now, Trump and his cronies are working hard to divide us. They want us to scapegoat immigrants, Black and Brown communities, and so many others.

But we have to stand together.

Young voters are STILL the largest, most diverse voting bloc in the nation. Together, we make up one-fifth of the electorate. Together, we are still powerful. Together, we can still make a difference.

Today, we reaffirm our commitment to amplifying the needs of young voters and defending our most vulnerable communities.

Tomorrow, the fight continues.
