John,
The election results are in, and unfortunately, they are not what we fought for.
Last night, I called Kelly Ayotte to congratulate her on her victory.
I am incredibly proud of the campaign we built together. Over the last two years, we worked tirelessly to promote a vision of New Hampshire where women’s rights are respected, communities are safe, and everyone has a chance to thrive.
Our campaign ignited grassroots enthusiasm and broke records for small dollar fundraising — proving our values have a powerful voice in New Hampshire.
This campaign has always been about more than just winning an election. It’s been about standing up for what's right, supporting our communities, and building a vision of New Hampshire that reflects the best of who we are.
To everyone who was a part of this campaign — our supporters, volunteers, friends, my campaign team, and my family — I’m incredibly grateful for your support.
We may not have gotten the results we hoped for, but I am so grateful for the campaign we built.
Thank you, John.
