NONPROFIT HOLIDAY WISH FULLY FUNDED In less than 12 hours, the Nonprofit Holiday Wish Catalog had its first fully-funded wish! Restoration Immigration Legal Aid (RILA) supports immigrants in our community by providing excellent, pro bono immigration legal assistance to those who are most vulnerable and who have the fewest resources. With the funds raised for this Holiday Wish, RILA can help 50 asylum seekers obtain employment authorization in order to lawfully work throughout the pendency of their immigration case. RILA is one of the many nonprofits continuing to move Arlington toward a more compassionate, more inclusive future. We know, for many, today is a day filled with a wide range of emotions and uncertainty. But in this uncertainty, at least one truth remains crystal clear: we need to support our community organizations now more than ever.
